As a small child one of the outstanding memories I have is mixing cookies with my Mom. She had this super cool Hamilton Beach® Stand Mixer. It was super cool because it would continue to mix while you poured the different ingredients into the bowl. You didn’t have to hold the bowl or the mixer so you could freely add ingredients.
My Mom had her Hamilton Beach® Mixer for probably about 20-25 years. She used it so often she left it on the counter for her next use. We could make the biggest batch of sugar cookies at Christmas time. Then we’d transfer the dough into another bowl and start making gingerbread dough.
Eclectrics® Mixers are the best mixers out there. There is honestly no comparison to other mixers. They are high quality and will last for a long time to come.

Hehe! That was a cool story! I messed up my mixing blades the same way a year ago (I own a hand-me-down Kitchen Aid myself, but the Hamilton looks just as nice and much cheaper).
Your voice sounds so sweet

OMG!!! Not only do I see you, now I’ve heard you. So awesome. I’m thrilled to finally have heard your sweet voice and love that story. So will her “favorite” daughter be putting a new mixer under the tree for her mum?

Probably only if I win it. But wouldn’t that be the coolest thing ever?
