It’s Just Me

My daughter has been sick since the beginning of December. Stuffy nose, cough, sore throat. Sometimes she felt better, sometimes worse, but would never agree to going to the Dr. She is like me and would much rather die a slow death than see a Dr. Last night she says to be, I think we can go to urgent care tomorrow.  Well, yeah except urgent care isn’t open on January 1st, with it being a holiday and all. Luckily the kids have tomorrow off too so we’ll get there first thing in the morning and wait it out. I’m pretty sure she’s got a sinus infection.  Her Dad being the “man” that he is said, “Bet you wish you’d have gone last week huh?” Dur…. we’re both pmsing and I told him now was not the time to risk his life by saying stupid things. We all got a giggle out of that one. Good thing he’s cute and buys us chocolate.
