Last January when I decided to make some changes to my eating and actually start some type of exercise plan I knew I would need to have additional nutrition in the form of a pill. Since I was eating less I knew I would be missing out on some key vitamins in my diet until I learned more about dieting and nutrition. So I got a basic multivitamin. After a couple of months I had learned more about what my body needed as far as nutritional vitamin supplements and I set myself about finding the best ones for me. There are so many choices and brands it is hard to know where to start. Research and talking to your doctor is key to knowing what Vitamin supplements you’ll need.
