I am what the majority of people would call a “mommy blogger”. Some Mothers hate that term, some mothers are thrilled they’ve reached the “rank” of “mommy blogger” and then there are those others who couldn’t care less. I myself fall into the last category. I personally don’t think just because I talk about my children and family that makes me a mommy blogger, but if people want to group me with the mommy bloggers so be it. I’m a mommy and I blog.
One thing though since I’ve been doing the occasional paid blog post it has been very nice to pay for my domain and hosting as well as buying things online with the money I’ve made. Blogging isn’t what it was when I first started doing it. Blogging was always a social thing, but now there is an even greater part the social plays into it. Payperpost has introduced SocialSpark
Right now it is in the Alpha phase, although you can sign up to be notified when it is open to everyone. Social Spark helps get bloggers and advertisers together. As a mommy blogger you can reach other moms as well as all parents with your thoughts and opinions. You can create extra spending money or secretly hide the money for a surprise for your husband and take him to a hotel over-night.
I was recently able to buy my daughter her PC tablet for her birthday with money I’ve made online. I paid all my credit cards for the past three months with just money from my paid posts, which enabled me to pay extra on other bills with my husband’s pay checks. I’ve always had my own type of income and I enjoy logging into my paypal account and see the money I can transfer to my account or spend.
Another great thing about Social Spark is the whole social aspect to it. You can meet so many different people who you will learn blogging tricks and tips from. I’ve come across blogs I wouldn’t normally read and have learned so much from people just like me.

I just stopped by your blog and thought I would say hello. I like your site design. Looking forward to reading more down the road.
