This is Shea, she’s hiding under my desk. She is my husband’s parents dog. Shea is a sweet dog and she reminds me of Lassie. Her paws are green because she was outside with me when I mowed the yard. We’ve been taking care of Shea for the past week. Grandma cooks for Shea, so when she drops her off I also get pre-cooked turkey burgers, rice and cottage cheese to feed her, twice a day. Shea is spoiled but she is also old and she deserves to be spoiled. She’s got a big old’ butt to prove it too. Shea did not do well with the fireworks and we were all glad when they finally stopped. The view for the fireworks wasn’t as great on the trampoline as I had hoped, but since the dogs were scared we didn’t mind going inside. I spent the rest of the evening being spoiled by my husband and that’s the perfect kind of night for me. heh
What a beautiful dog! She looks oh so sweet, I’d have to spoil her too. Our 4th was weird. It was raining here, but that didn’t stop my kids from shooting off their stuff. I actually felt a bit safer because of the rain. I always love hearing that you are being spoiled by that guy of yours! Enjoy.
