This is a vole and this is what I think is digging up my backyard. This morning when I was mowing the yard I saw a little rodent that looked like this scurry away from my mower. You bet your butt I tried to run him over, but he was quick. Shortly after that I got the willies and I don’t think I’ll ever go into my backyard again.

He IS cute. But I would have tried to run him over too! Hope the willies don’t invade your body and leave you for dead in the house!
