We got our Wii Fit today. Oh man… is that thing gonna be awesome for this family. You can track up to 8 people with their physical activities, bmi, calories burned and lots of other things. I did the hola hoop with 4 hula hoops, all the while laughing my butt off. Both kids have ran their butts off. The more you do the more games and fun stuff you get. Yoga will be awesome for my husband to help build strength in his back.
I was watching my daughter play while I was waiting for my turn and I was sitting in their little kid rocking chair. I put my hand down below the rocker part and wouldn’t you guess, it I rocked forward and smashed my finger. Can you say DUH!
My son just came in, his face is bright red and he’s saying to me, that I needed to try this one thing because it will help my belly squish get less squishy. ha! , You just gotta try this, Mom it’ll help your squish.
The Wii Fit game was bought with our garage sale money… so in my eyes it was like FREE! These are our old Wiis from when we first got our Wii. Zack was my son’s imaginary brother I think…. We hadn’t made my husband a Wii yet, but we did tonight.
The Trampoline still rocks, but I know I’m getting a lot older, because of it. Let’s just say I should do more kegels. My favorite time to jump is twilight with the kids. It reminds me so much of being a kid, not the jumping part but the time of night, being outside. Kick the Can, being in the tree house with the flash light, sitting on the front porch in the swing… the air still reminds me of that too, the feel the scent.
Only 4 more days of school… four more days. Seems like it’ll never end.
